Understanding and Maximising the
simple Bianary Compensation Plan

We had planned on doing an article
much farther down the road,
However, it occurs it becomes an
obsticle for some. The primary reason is
Their experience in previous binarys
has been unsuccessful.
First, those who teach the concept
almost always teach it WRONG!
A good friend of mine building a
group in one of those "juice companies"
Was told to simply to alternate 1 and
1 and he would just move up the ladder
Well yes he has moved up the ranks
but he hasnt created income only rank
And duplication? Sadly he will end up
like so many, disolutioned and no retention
Second most create barriers to
success, one we looked at required 20/20 to max out
Pay plan plus it required certain
amounts of volume for x number of cycles to advance
Miss it and start over, others
require you to have a certain number who have reached a pin
Level to advance. And others still
have even more restrictions. In the end it creates 2
Very different formulas for not being
trully as successful or duplicatible as we could be
It creates garage qualified rather
than lose a rank, and creates secondly unduplicable
Situation for an average
indivual.
Why is this comp plan so very
different than traditional binary plans?
To start with no barriers given time
we all can achieve 6 left and 6 right and achieve the
Highest pin level available. That
being said there are no volume requirements no pin levels in your group
restrictions.
Now to the heart, to really create
something special and create a dream income
First, it has to be about success of
your team members not about us indivually
Help them get to profit quickly so
their auto-ship is not out of pocket, once done
You have a customer for life. Create
that same cbjective for them. Intially your income
Is dependant upon creating binary
income. Matching checks are created from your
Groups doing what? Creating binary
income do your 2 left 2 right then focus on the weak side, that's your binary
income, build and focus there. Do you want rank and recognition
Or income? Rank and recognition will
come with time. Income keeps your team involved
Committed, and plugged in. This
simplified binary the average person can exceed far beyond their own vision,
plug them in the calls the cd's the system and we all will see
duplication
Fail with this basic prinipal and no
compensation plan will help you achieve success
Apply basic sales and bussiness
principals help your team and you will win!
Remember a binary is the truest team
effort compensation plan out there volume passes up
And all in that line benefit. But it
all starts getting each one qualified..then to income that exceeds cost of
product, then onward and upward from there.
There is a reason most Hugh earners
in our industry who trully know, the largest number
Are doing a binary. Sadly most are
designed for not the average networker but the heavy hitter. Ours is Taylor made
for an average person who can be deticated persistent and simply plug in to the
calls and other tools. We have a product we cant help but share,not everyone
will have your vision but many, many will. Keep it simple, don't over sell, let
the cd do the work, the beauty of what we have is a product that effects others,
and works simply take
With water or other beverage no hype
needed. Most opportunites out there live and die with hype alone embrace the
binary, teach the hows of the binary and you will succeed at the
binary.
Focus on rank and not on team and
sure as not you will never create a stabile income
Drop out rates will be constant.
Apply the basic principals and you will each achieve all you can dream, given
time and consistent effort
