Believe in
What You Do
Believing creates action!
George
Washington believed so strongly in a free America that in the dead of winter he
motivated his outnumbered army to cross the Delaware River and capture Valley
Forge. It is said that Thomas Edison failed a thousand times when trying to
invent the light bulb. He never gave up because he knew it would eventually be
done. His invention now serves over six billion people each day. A Kansas City
man, believing people would enjoy watching cartoons, started Walt Disney
Corporation, the most successful entertainment company in the history of the
world. Each of great achievements relied, in part, on the power of belief.
Each companys candidate must determine if s/he believes that the
wellness industry is worth pursuing. We don't ask you to be a fanatic. But we
expect you to believe in this cause and be proud of your company's leadership in
the field. We expect you to believe in the honesty, integrity and uniqueness of
our opportunity. We want you to set a goal which, for you and your family, is
worth believing in. Just as George and Thomas and Walt did, a believer can work
through obstacles and disappointments and carry his followers through the times
when they have doubts.
"We are about to come out with a sizzling hot
product" and ready to take orders very soon. So now is the time to get your
belief up and smash any doubt! All companies say their new compensation plan
will "Rock The Industry." Their plan does not screen applicants for education,
experience or ability. However, every company's distributors are expected to
sell and/or build a network through recruiting. The truth is you need to have
Faith in your Product or service in order to succeed!
Since an individual
with a sense of direction is more apt to succeed than one with no direction or
who is all over the board with the deal of the month, I ask each applicant to
classify himself in one of the following categories: (1) casual seller (2)
High-Volume seller (3) hopeful Networker (4) Committed Networker.
Casual
sellers have other career responsibilities and work their opportunity as their
secondary activity. No pressure is placed on "Casual" Sellers to move faster
than they want to. High Volume Sellers are goal-minded thinkers and put 20
bottles a week in people's hands and make finalization calls three days later or
make the sell right then. The "Hopeful" Networker is somebody who does not see
themselves either as a salespeople or networkers. Yet despite their doubts, they
nonetheless are interested in moneymaking and/or the wellness of others. The
"committed" networker is somebody with a high degree of confidence about their
company and themselves... Especially if they have lofty ambitions (Is this
You?)! Make a commitment to learn everything you can about your company, service
and or product!
Sell products on whatever scale you can manage. Recruit
Distributors on the biggest scale you can handle. Moreover, offer the best
leadership you are capable of to your group. Show them you are serious and you
are focused with One company only, become a Rhino and charge forward with
belief. Make the biggest commitment you can and NEVER look back. I ask you to
look in your heart AND do a gut check and if it all feels good, which I know it
will, because nature does not lie, you will glow with passion and you will then
be unstoppable!!!
I appreciate everyone and like I have said before, if
you think you can or think you can't, you're right!
